About The Position
Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent service to customers and support the success of its retail locations. The role involves representing the company’s values and brand, helping customers find eyewear, and contributing ideas to improve retail processes and the glasses-shopping experience. Advisors also support their teammates and help foster an inclusive environment.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
- Ability to adapt, solve problems proactively, and respond quickly to unexpected situations.
- Positive, collaborative approach and ability to lead by example.
- Effective communication with a variety of people.
- Organization, attentiveness, and attention to detail.
- Energetic, self-starting approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Interest in fashion and technology.
- Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
Responsibilities
- Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy on the sales floor.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and offer style advice.
- Develop ideas to improve retail and the glasses-shopping experience.
- Anticipate the needs of customers and teammates and offer assistance.
- Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
