About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide excellent customer service and help make glasses shopping a memorable experience. Sales Advisors represent the company’s values and brand philosophy, support customers with product knowledge and style advice, and contribute ideas to improve retail processes and the shopping experience. They also anticipate the needs of customers and coworkers and help foster an inclusive culture.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
• Ability to adapt and solve problems proactively, including responding quickly to unexpected situations.
• Positive, team-oriented approach and ability to lead by example.
• Effective communication with a variety of people.
• Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
• Energetic, self-starting approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Interest in fashion and technology.
• Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
