About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide exceptional service to customers in its retail locations. Advisors represent the company’s values and brand philosophy, help make glasses shopping an enjoyable experience, and contribute to the success of the business through customer interactions, process improvement ideas, and special projects. The role involves demonstrating product knowledge, offering style advice, supporting teammates, and helping foster an inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
• Ability to adapt and solve problems proactively, including in unexpected situations.
• Ability to work as a positive team player and lead by example.
• Effective communication with a variety of people.

• Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
