About The Position

Team members ensure guests receive exceptional service and may be assigned to work in the concession stand or as an usher, based on theatre needs and employee availability. The role includes regular attendance, responding to emergencies when called upon, general cleaning, and following the company dress code. Concession duties include operating the POS system and accurately handling cash drawers, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards, redeemed coupons, and concession inventory. Team members promote the Regal Crown Club, operate and clean concession equipment, use suggestive selling, and comply with food safety laws and break and meal-period requirements. Where applicable, they must maintain required alcohol certifications and training and meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol. Team members must also read and understand training materials on topics such as sexual harassment and discrimination. Usher duties include tearing and collecting tickets, directing patrons, inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable, managing crowd control, helping guests find seats, and enforcing the MPAA rating system. Ushers conduct auditorium inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, prevent film and content theft, and help maintain a safe environment. They report problems or unusual situations to management, perform auxiliary concession sales as directed, clean auditoriums after shows, maintain cleanliness in restrooms and other theatre areas, monitor vending equipment, and assist with assigned opening and closing duties. The position pays $16.90 per hour. Team members receive free movie passes and discounted concessions at Regal locations. Eligible team members may participate in the 401(k) plan with a company match after reaching age 21 and completing six months of service.
