About The Position

Tomlinson’s Feed is hiring a full-time Team Member for its South Lamar location. The role focuses on helping guests choose healthy pet products, delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, and supporting daily store operations. Team Members spend most of their shifts on the sales floor, build relationships with guests, and help keep the store stocked, clean, welcoming, and inspection-ready. The role also includes communicating with store leadership and attending required meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly to stock the store and assist guests with carry-outs.
• Be able to remain on your feet for the majority of the shift.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent presence on the sales floor and help guests.
• Actively sell Tomlinson’s core products and work toward sales goals.
• Build rapport with guests and provide service that exceeds their expectations.
• Unload shipments, rotate stock, and help maintain an inspection-ready store.
• Support and advocate for company and store leadership initiatives.
• Represent the company’s reputation, culture, and vision through high-quality service and pet-focused selling.
• Maintain the store’s Brand Standards and keep it well lit, stocked, clean, clutter-free, and welcoming.
• Keep the store inspection-ready, particularly on scheduled inspection dates.
• Communicate with store leadership about store operations and needs.
• Attend required store meetings and trainings.

Benefits
