About The Position

Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Help customers shop the store and find what they are looking for, while maintaining a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. This role supports custom framing, sales, production, store operations, and customer service.

Requirements

Basic computer skills.
Basic measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
Ability to perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; move throughout the store; and remain standing for long periods.
Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
U.S. applicants must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company programs, policies, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions using the company’s Elevated ABC Deliver approach.
Deliver sales and production results.
Complete framing orders to a high standard of quality and on time.
Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
Provide friendly customer service, help customers find products and solutions, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Interact with others respectfully and positively, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model.
Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, following truck standards and completing work within budget.
Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
Assist with omnichannel processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
