Retail - Picture Framing Team Member
About The Position
The Picture Framing Team Member builds customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions and helping customers find products in the store. The role supports sales and production goals, completes framing orders to quality standards and on time, and maintains assigned departments and store areas. Team members follow company policies and procedures, support safety and shrink programs, assist with stocking and omnichannel processes, and operate the cash register. The work takes place in a public retail store; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled, and some outdoor work may be assigned. The frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic measuring skills.
- Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; ability to move throughout the store and stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies, programs, and standards to meet applicable laws and requirements.
- Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions using Elevated ABC Deliver; deliver sales and production results.
- Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
- Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
- Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and offer solutions.
- Maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store and a safe, clean, clutter-free environment.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, promote company values, and serve as a positive role model.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, following truck standards and completing work within budget.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
- Assist with omnichannel processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
