About The Position

The Retail Framing/Custom Business Team Member builds customer relationships by helping customers find products and creating memorable custom framing solutions for their art. The role supports sales and production results, completes framing orders accurately and on time, maintains ready-made frame and other assigned departments, and helps keep the store safe, clean, well-stocked, and well-merchandised. Team members provide friendly customer service, support store and omni-channel processes, and follow company standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, company policies, programs, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
• Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions using the company's Elevated ABC Deliver approach.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and offer solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store environment.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with others respectfully and positively, including in difficult situations, and serve as a role model for the organization's vision and values.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, following truck standards and completing work within budget.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Assist with omni-channel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
