About The Position
Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated Team Manager to serve as a Brand ambassador. The Team Manager leads and mentors the team, builds Client relationships, advances sales goals, and ensures an exceptional Client experience while representing Louis Vuitton’s values and attitudes. Working in collaboration with the Store Manager, the Team Manager owns business and team performance. The role calls for commercial awareness, an understanding of the luxury and local markets, strong people leadership, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The Team Manager coaches and develops employees, identifies individual and team training needs, and creates and delivers action plans to improve business and product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animation. The role covers team management and development, client and business development, selling and floor management, and operations. The position offers an annual salary of USD $100,000–$120,000, plus the opportunity for a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of the luxury and local market, ideally gained within retail.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the team, building Client relationships and supporting achievement of sales goals.
- Ensure the highest level of Client experience and consistently deliver an outstanding experience to each Client.
- Own business and team performance in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Provide consistent coaching and identify tailored development and training needs for individual employees and team goals.
- Create and deliver action plans to boost business and enhance product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animation.
- Oversee team management and development, client and business development, selling and floor management, and operations.
- Represent Louis Vuitton’s Brand values and demonstrate the company’s attitudes toward Clients and team members.
