About The Position
The Beauty Consultant provides clients with a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience. The role involves demonstrating beauty products and techniques and using in-depth product knowledge to enhance clients’ lives. The consultant also supports the presentation and availability of merchandise in assigned areas and represents the company’s beauty business values and culture.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
- Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay current on beauty trends.
- Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available to clients.
- Model strong beauty business values and culture.
