About The Position

The Beauty Consultant provides clients with a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience. The role involves demonstrating beauty products and techniques and using in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives. The consultant proactively engages clients to understand how to provide a rewarding experience, stays current on beauty products, techniques, and trends, and supports merchandise presentation and availability in assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Approach clients in a friendly, proactive manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
• Seek out and absorb knowledge about products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends.
• Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for clients.
• Model strong beauty business values and culture.
