About The Position
The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing clients with a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience. The role demonstrates beauty products and techniques and uses in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives. The consultant approaches clients proactively and in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding experience, stays current on beauty trends by learning about products and techniques, supports core standards in assigned areas, helps ensure merchandise is well presented and available, and models strong beauty business values and culture. This opportunity is with JCPenney at Indian Mound Mall. The listed pay range is USD $13.50 to $16.88 per hour. JCPenney states it does not anticipate closing this job opportunity. If eligible, associates may receive medical, dental, and vision coverage; term life insurance; paid vacation and holidays; and a 401(k) with company match. Associates are eligible for a discount on JCPenney merchandise. Eligible store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday receive additional compensation.
