About The Position

The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing clients with a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience. The role demonstrates beauty products and techniques and uses in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
• Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends.
• Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for clients.
• Model strong beauty business values and culture.
