About The Position

The Beauty Consultant provides clients with a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience. The role involves demonstrating beauty products and techniques and using in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives. The Beauty Consultant proactively engages with clients, stays current on beauty products and trends, and helps ensure merchandise is presented and available in the assigned area.

• Approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
• Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends.
• Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for clients.
• Model strong beauty business values and culture.
• Demonstrate beauty products and techniques to clients.
