About The Position

The Part-Time Supervisor supports the management team in creating a strong customer experience and achieving business results. The role shares responsibility for store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store, while helping create a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The supervisor supports sales growth, demonstrates product and operational knowledge, engages customers to build relationships and brand loyalty, and helps maintain merchandising and operational standards. On designated shifts, the supervisor performs POS transactions and carries out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent. The position reports to the Store Manager.
