About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team in creating a great customer experience and delivering desired results. You will help execute store operations, maintain a visually appealing store, and foster a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

The role supports sales growth, customer relationships, merchandising and operational standards, and team development. On designated shifts, the supervisor performs point-of-sale transactions and carries out supervisor functions in the Store Manager’s absence. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and may involve occasional travel to other store locations if needed.

The company states a pay range of USD $9.75 to $13.38 per hour. Eligible associates may receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, term life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. All associates are eligible for a merchandise discount.
