About The Position

JCPenney Salon is seeking a hair stylist to provide professional styling services and deliver a superior client experience. The stylist determines clients’ needs and provides services including current haircuts, finishing, and chemical services. The role emphasizes building a client base, working collaboratively with salon team members, and responding to clients by listening and interacting. Commission is based on credential level, sales, and productivity across Designer, Senior Designer, or Master Designer levels. The role is located at Valley Fair Mall.

Requirements

Maintain a current cosmetology license in the state where applying.
