About The Position

BIBIBOP is seeking a dynamic, motivated Team Leader to guide restaurant team members and help deliver a positive guest experience. The role oversees daily operations, supports food quality and safety standards, and trains and coaches team members. Team Leaders work in a supportive environment with opportunities to develop leadership skills and grow within the company. Depending on a candidate’s skills, experience, and leadership level, they may also be considered for an Operational Leader role during the hiring process.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic shifts.
Attention to detail in maintaining standards and procedures.
Reliable, consistent, and committed to excellence.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to coach and mentor.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities
