About The Position

BIBIBOP Team Members help create a positive dining experience by serving guests with friendly, attentive service and preparing fresh food in a safe and clean environment. Team Members work alongside experienced leaders in a supportive setting, with opportunities to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills. The role supports BIBIBOP’s mission and standards while contributing to a positive guest experience and the company’s community-focused values.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create positive connections.
• Provide BIBIBOP’s signature guest service while multitasking efficiently.
• Follow and promote BIBIBOP’s vision, values, and standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Portion and prepare food, clean, and assist with kitchen tasks.
• Sanitize workstations regularly and operate kitchen equipment safely.
