About The Position

BIBIBOP is seeking a dynamic, motivated Team Leader to help deliver an exceptional guest experience and oversee daily restaurant operations. Team Leaders guide, train, and motivate team members; maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards; and support a positive, healthy workplace. The role offers leadership development, opportunities for wage increases and promotions, flexible hours, and the opportunity to earn tips. Depending on skills, experience, and leadership level, candidates may also be considered for an Operational Leader role during the hiring process.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Customer-service orientation and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Positive attitude and adaptability, including comfort multitasking during dynamic shifts.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining standards and procedures.
Reliable, consistent work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to coach and mentor.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
