About The Position

As a Team Leader - Keyholder, you support store leadership in achieving sales goals by working alongside store associates and providing daily direction, communication, and training. You motivate the team to deliver an excellent shopping experience and build brand loyalty through every customer interaction. You serve as a brand ambassador by consistently modeling and upholding Vera Bradley’s core values.

The role includes driving sales and customer outreach, motivating and inspiring team members, recommending products and using add-on selling, executing operational procedures, maintaining visual standards, and keeping the store organized and inviting. The position is incentive eligible based on achievement of company and store metrics. Base pay is listed as $13.51–$20.24, with a starting pay of $17.00 USD; individual pay depends on work location.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience and/or prior management experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk and stand constantly and bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Strong sensory skills, including good eyesight and hearing, and dexterity.
• Ability to consistently lift 10–35 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs.; and push or pull more than 55 lbs.
