About The Position

The Team Leader supports site facility and operations responsibilities at Green Clean Express Auto Wash. The role contributes to exceptional customer service, sales growth, and rigorous quality standards while helping the team deliver high-quality service. Team Leaders greet customers, explain the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club, engage with customers before and after washes, perform quality control checks, and address customer escalations. They also operate basic retail equipment, learn the wash process, foster a positive team environment, and perform other related duties as assigned. The position offers a path for growth into further leadership roles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, accountability, and flexibility.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
