About The Position
The Team Leader II at Green Clean Express Auto Wash supports the site's facility and operations responsibilities while helping deliver outstanding customer service, grow sales, and maintain high quality standards. The role includes welcoming customers, explaining the Unlimited Wash Club, engaging with customers before and after washes, completing quality-control checks, and helping the team meet service standards. Team Leaders address customer concerns, operate basic retail equipment, understand the wash process, and foster a positive, collaborative team environment. Other related duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
- Professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
- Demonstrate leadership by setting an example and aspiring to excellence.
- Maintain accountability and exceed expectations in assigned responsibilities.
- Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.
- Work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Work outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
