About The Position

The Team Leader supports the facility and site operations at Green Clean Express Auto Wash, contributing to exceptional customer service, sales growth, and high-quality standards. The role includes welcoming customers, educating them about the Unlimited Wash Club, engaging with customers before and after their wash, conducting quality control checks, and helping the team consistently deliver high-quality service. Team Leaders also address customer escalations, operate basic retail equipment, understand the wash process, and foster a positive, collaborative team environment. The position pays $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, flexibility, accountability, and a commitment to high standards.
