About The Position

The Team Leader II supports the facility and operations responsibilities at Green Clean Express Auto Wash. The role contributes to exceptional customer service, sales growth, and rigorous quality standards while leading the team to provide high-quality service. The position also involves operating basic retail equipment and understanding the car-wash process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Demonstrate accountability and aspire to excellence in assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create lasting first impressions.
• Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Engage with customers before and after washes to support customer satisfaction.
• Perform accurate quality-control checks.
• Lead the team in achieving and sustaining high-quality service.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
