About The Position

The Team Leader supports site facilities and operations while helping deliver outstanding customer service, increase sales, and maintain quality standards at Green Clean Express Auto Wash. The role includes greeting customers, explaining the Unlimited Wash Club, engaging with customers before and after washes, conducting quality-control checks, supporting team performance, and addressing customer concerns. Team Leaders operate basic retail equipment, learn the wash process, and help foster a positive, collaborative team environment. The position pays $17.50 per hour and offers ongoing training and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Professional appearance and ability to follow appearance guidelines.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift and work on feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Commitment to accountability, leadership by example, and excellence in assigned tasks.
