About The Position

As a Team Leader at Green Clean Express Auto Wash, you will support the site’s facility and operations responsibilities while contributing to customer service, sales growth, and quality standards. You will help lead the team in delivering high-quality service, creating a positive and collaborative work environment, and meeting service expectations. The role includes customer interaction, quality-control checks, and operating basic retail equipment while learning the wash process. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Professional appearance and adherence to appearance guidelines.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Commitment to excellence, accountability, and setting an example through leadership.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive first impression.
• Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Engage with customers before and after washes to support customer satisfaction.
• Conduct accurate quality-control checks.
• Lead the team in achieving and maintaining high-quality service.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
