About The Position

As a Team Leader at Green Clean Express Auto Wash, you support site facilities and operations while helping deliver exceptional customer service, grow sales, and maintain high-quality standards. You welcome customers, explain the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club, engage with customers before and after their wash, conduct quality-control checks, and help the team meet service standards. You also address customer escalations, operate basic retail equipment, and help foster a positive, collaborative team environment. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
Professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.
Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
Demonstrate leadership by setting an example and aspiring to excellence.
Exceed expectations and maintain accountability in all responsibilities.
