About The Position

As a Team Leader at Green Clean Express Auto Wash, you support the site’s facility and operational responsibilities while contributing to outstanding customer service, sales growth, and high quality standards. You help create a positive customer experience, promote the Unlimited Wash Club, and lead the team in delivering consistent service. The role offers ongoing training and opportunities to advance into further leadership positions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive first impression.
• Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Engage with customers before and after their wash to support satisfaction.
• Conduct accurate quality-control checks.
• Lead the team in achieving and maintaining high-quality service.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
