About The Position

The Team Leader supports site facilities and operations at Green Clean Express Auto Wash, helping deliver exceptional customer service, sales growth, and high-quality standards. The role includes greeting customers, explaining the Unlimited Wash Club, engaging with customers before and after washes, completing quality-control checks, helping the team maintain service standards, and calmly addressing customer escalations. Team Leaders also operate basic retail equipment, learn the wash process, promote team performance, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekends.
• Aspire to excellence, set an example through leadership, and uphold accountability in responsibilities.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift and work on feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create positive first impressions.
