About The Position

As a Team Leader at Green Clean Express Auto Wash, you support the site's facility and operations responsibilities while contributing to excellent customer service, sales growth, and high quality standards. You greet customers, explain the Unlimited Wash Club, engage with customers before and after washes, conduct quality control checks, and help lead the team in delivering high-quality service. You also address customer concerns, operate basic retail equipment, and help foster a positive, collaborative team environment. The position offers ongoing training and opportunities for advancement within Express Wash Concepts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Demonstrate accountability and set an example through leadership.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
