About The Position

The Manufacturing Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating with team members, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
At least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in a related field preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the manufacturing team.
Prepare the production floor for daily operations, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet production targets.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Train and mentor team members on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
