About The Position

This is more than just a daycare job. It’s a journey, where you learn, grow, thrive—and play—every day. The Team Lead promotes children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth; leads classroom management and curriculum implementation; and spends at least 50% of the weekly schedule on classroom instruction. The role also involves building relationships with families, mentoring and training Teachers and new hires, and creating interactive learning experiences for preschool children. The Team Lead may take on Director or Assistant Director duties in their absence, including opening and closing the school. The role ensures each child’s daily care by following licensing guidelines and company standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Experience leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Nice To Haves

• College credits toward an Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree, or a CDA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
