About The Position

As a Team Lead at GO Car Wash, you’ll help site managers with the daily operations of the car wash and contribute to the overall success of the site. You’ll help ensure inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards are met to deliver a consistent, convenient, and exceptional car wash experience for customers. You’ll also help hire, train, and coach Teammates to perform their jobs and uphold company values, setting an example while completing required car wash activities. This is an active, outdoor role working with a team of car washers. Compensation typically includes a base hourly wage plus an average of $2 per hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers regularly earn more than $2 per hour in additional commission. The offer depends on location and the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.

Requirements

At least 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
Ability to communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example.
Ability to organize time, work, and a team to complete varying responsibilities.

Car wash experience is preferred, but not required.
