About The Position
GO Car Wash is a growing car wash operator with locations across the United States. The company emphasizes an engaging and rewarding experience for Teammates, with a focus on caring for employees to support customer satisfaction and successful car wash operations. As a Team Lead, you will assist site managers with daily car wash operations and contribute to the overall success of the site. You will help maintain inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards to provide customers with a consistent, convenient, and exceptional car wash experience. You will also help hire, train, and coach Teammates, model the company’s values, and lead by example while performing required car wash activities. The role offers an active, outdoor workplace with a team of car washers. Teammates typically earn $17.50 per hour, consisting of $15.50 per hour in base pay and an average of $2 per hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers regularly earn more than $2 per hour in additional commissions. Offers depend on location and the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
- Ability to communicate clearly, engage others, and lead by example.
- Ability to organize time, work, and a team while handling varying responsibilities.

- Car wash experience is preferred but not required.
