About The Position

The Team Lead is a hands-on, early-leadership role that rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. The role provides operational responsibility and leadership experience, including acting as Manager on Duty when the General Manager or Operations Manager is not present. Team Leads help keep the park running safely and smoothly while delivering strong guest experiences and developing their leadership skills. The position leads from the floor by supporting, coaching, and delegating to team members across departments, stepping into operational areas as needed, and communicating guest issues, operational challenges, and safety concerns to the Management Team. Depending on the rotation, the Team Lead supports front desk performance and membership sales, oversees parties and events, or manages café inventory, health and safety standards, facility upkeep, and improvement projects. A part-time Flex Lead option is noted as unavailable at some park locations and is primarily available on weekends to cover breaks and time off for other Leads. The role requires working in a high-energy, often loud park environment, moving throughout the park, and lifting and carrying at least 20 pounds as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation is $14.00–$16.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience. Full-time employees are offered medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan with company matching, subject to eligibility requirements for the 401(k).
