About The Position

The Team Lead assists with oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience. The role supports staff training and development, member services, front-desk activities, team member management, club cleanliness, marketing efforts, and supply and inventory tracking. The Team Lead also provides backup support to the Club Manager as needed and helps ensure team members follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist in training and developing staff.
Assist with member service oversight and help ensure staff provide a great customer experience.
Answer phone calls politely and assist with questions or concerns, including information calls.
Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.
Meet potential members and provide gym tours.
Help resolve member service issues and questions.
Assist with team member management and provide backup support to the Club Manager as needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
Assist with overseeing the cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
Assist in managing marketing efforts and ensure team members know about and are trained on current promotions.
Assist with ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and tracking reports as needed.
