About The Position

Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience. This role involves supporting staff training and development, overseeing member services to guarantee excellent customer interactions, and performing various front desk tasks. The Team Lead will also assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, account updates, providing gym tours, and resolving member service issues. Additionally, the role includes supporting team member management, acting as backup for the Club Manager, ensuring adherence to company policies, maintaining the club's positive image, overseeing cleanliness, assisting with marketing efforts and promotions, and managing supply orders and inventory.

Responsibilities

Assist in training and developing staff.
Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.
Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
Taking info calls.
Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.
Great/meet potential members and provide gym tour.
Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions.
Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
Assist in managing marketing efforts.
Making sure team members are aware and trained on all current marketing promotions.
Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports as needed.
