About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead to support store operations and deliver positive sales and customer experiences. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, and helps organize merchandise, oversee shipments, maintain the store environment, and train and coach colleagues. The role also involves promoting Clarks products, following loss-prevention procedures, and helping create a comfortable workplace for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are placed properly.
- Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
