About The Position

Clarks is hiring a seasonal, part-time Team Lead for a full-price store. The Team Lead helps deliver sales results, maintain store operations and merchandise, provide customer service, and support the training and coaching of colleagues. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, the Team Lead serves as Manager on Duty. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are properly placed.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
• Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
