About The Position

Clarks is hiring a seasonal, part-time Team Lead for a full-price store. The Team Lead supports store operations and sales, serves as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, and helps train and coach employees. The role also involves maintaining merchandise presentation and stock, receiving shipments, providing excellent customer service, and following loss-prevention procedures.

The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring products are placed properly.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
