Full Price - PT Team Lead
About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead for its Full Price retail team. The Team Lead supports store operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, shipment processing, and colleague training. When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, the Team Lead serves as Manager on Duty. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Clarks is a footwear company founded in 1825 and based in Somerset, England. Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring products are placed properly.
- Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
