About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead for its Full Price retail team. The Team Lead helps oversee store operations, supports sales performance, merchandise organization, shipment processing, and employee training and coaching. The role also involves providing customer service, representing the Clarks brand, following loss-prevention procedures, and contributing to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are properly placed.
- Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
