About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead for its Full Price store. The Team Lead supports store operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, and colleague development. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, the Team Lead serves as Manager on Duty. The role also includes maintaining store standards, supporting loss prevention, and creating a comfortable work environment for colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring products are placed appropriately.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
