About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead for a Full Price store. The Team Lead supports store operations and sales, serves as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, and helps maintain the store, merchandise, and team. The role involves customer service, sales support, employee training and coaching, and following company policies and procedures.

The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are properly placed.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow loss prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
• Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
