About The Position
Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for its Community Support Team (CST) to provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members serving adults with mental health needs. The CST Team Lead conducts assessments, oversees implementation of person-centered plans, and ensures quality clinical interventions. The role also includes supervising team members, supporting evidence-based practices, and helping maintain regulatory compliance. Requirements
- Full or provisional licensure in North Carolina as an LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent.
- Experience in clinical supervision and community-based services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing evaluation and treatment planning for persons served.
- Provide clinical supervision and manage team schedules.
- Ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices and motivational interviewing.
- Participate in crisis response and on-call duties.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct assessments and oversee implementation of person-centered plans.
- Ensure quality clinical interventions.
