About The Position

Parker Chase East Cobb is seeking a Lead Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document student progress. The role includes leading learning activities, supporting children’s growth, and ensuring their safety and well-being. The Lead Teacher helps create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming each day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
• Ability to be patient, collaborative, and creative.
• Passion for early childhood education.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
