About The Position

Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for its Community Support Team (CST) to provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members serving adults with mental health needs. The role conducts assessments, oversees implementation of person-centered plans, and ensures quality clinical interventions while supervising team members.

The position is located in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, and is full-time on the day shift. The stated pay range is $29.00–$32.00 per hour. The employer offers a $3,000 hiring bonus and a $3,000 annual retention bonus.

Requirements

• Full or provisional North Carolina licensure as an LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent.
• Experience in clinical supervision and community-based services.

Responsibilities
