This role is for a Team Lead-Rehabilitation Services at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, MA. The position involves performing diversified duties within the Rehabilitation team and in support of the Rehabilitation Program, providing direction to assigned staff, and formulating, implementing, and monitoring goals for assigned areas of responsibility in collaboration with the Manager. The role also includes coordinating daily department workflow with team members and other team leaders to ensure safe, effective, and efficient work processing.

Requirements

A Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in a Rehab discipline such as PT, OT, SLP or Audiology is required.
A minimum of five years of related work experience is required.
Basic working knowledge of the use of a PC required.
CPR certification required.
Current Massachusetts License in the individual area of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Audiology.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Responsibilities
