About The Position

The Team Lead II supports the facility and daily operations of a Green Clean Express Auto Wash site. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, increasing sales, maintaining quality standards, and helping the team provide high-quality service. Team members greet customers, explain the Unlimited Wash Club, engage with customers before and after washes, perform quality-control checks, respond to customer escalations, and operate basic retail equipment while learning the wash process. The Team Lead also helps drive team performance and foster a positive, collaborative environment. The position offers ongoing training and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
